Data Technical Support Manager
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
Position: FTC to December 2022
Location: Remote working in the UK
The Position:
Our international development charity client is recruiting the post of Data Technical Support Manager. This role will support organisations wanting to publish data, helping them through each step of the publishing process. You will manage support for publishers, provide analysis and support to stakeholders to help them publish data, lead efforts to improve data quality and work closely with the organisations Developer Team to ensure tools and systems meet publisher and user needs, coordinating the team’s product-owner responsibilities.
Requirements:
- You will have experience managing a small team.
- You will have experience working in a technical support role which could include data analysis, data management and /or product support.
- You will ideally have experience working for an international organisation and an understanding of the open data movement.
- Excellent external public facing support experience.
