Development Impact Manager – Infrastructure

The position:
Our client is a well established, leading institution. This Development Impact Manager – Infrastructure role will have oversight responsibility for the Infrastructure portfolio. You will form part of the Impact Management Leadership team and you will work with investees to enhance their impact while also leading and developing the wider dynamic impact team. You will support the development of impact-led investment strategies, define the monitoring plan for each investment, assess how investments are performing and support the continual development of the organisations impact management framework.
Requirements:
- You will have a strong academic background with ideally a Masters in Economics, Development Economics or equivalent
- You will have previous experience in development impact or private sector development and will have worked in developing countries.
- You will have experience in the infrastructure sector and a strong understanding of the challenges resulting from climate change.
- You will have management experience, including building cohesion, driving productivity and organising teams to meet deadlines.
- Excellent project management experience.
