Digital Communications Officer
Salary: £30,400 pro rata
Position: Full-time or Part-Time, 20-25 hours/week, 12 Month FTC

The position:
A long-standing London charity is recruiting a Digital Communications Officer. This role will suit an individual who has excellent knowledge of the digital charity landscape – including developing engagement strategies and knowledge of best practice for social media/web content. You will primarily work around content creation and website/social media management but will also be responsible for developing the charity’s digital fundraising strategy and preparing press releases to be sent to various media outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic charity.
Requirements:
- You will have extensive knowledge of digital communications and online fundraising strategies.
- You will have experience of developing and implementing digital strategies.
- You will have excellent writing skills, for web and social media content and the ability to adjust your content for a specific audience.
- You will have experience of email marketing or e-campaigning.
- You will have strong creativity and design skills to create visually appealing content
