Salary: c£47,000

The Position:
Our well-known international charity client is recruiting a Global Head of External Affairs. This is a vital leadership role within the organisation that will see you shaping the strategic direction of policy, lobbying and stakeholder engagement. You will also line manage a team who are based in a number of international locations, strengthening their capacity and performance. Acting as a senior spokesperson for our client, you will manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners, maximising opportunities for influencing.
Requirements:
- You will have proven experience developing global external affairs strategies
- You will be an effective and inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing team.
- You will have developed policy and lobbying strategies that have achieved change.
- You will have an excellent understanding of working with colleagues and external stakeholders in different countries and different cultural contexts.
