Our fantastic global women’s rights charity is recruiting an HR Manager.

This role will work closely with the senior management team to provide HR strategic and operational leadership across the organisation.

Key to this position will be embedding wellbeing and collective care in support of our client’s organisational strategy by strengthening working culture, promoting best practice across the global organisation and implementing strategies for appropriate workplace behaviour and improved staff management standards.

You will lead and implement our client’s global HR function, develop leadership and management strategies that build the capabilities for managers to manage, lead and develop team members, assist in the achievement of cultural and performance outcomes, provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR including recruitment, induction and onboarding of new staff.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of managing and leading an HR function with a CIPD qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of HR and organisational development strategy development through to implementation.
  • A strong understanding of what makes a great workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire colleagues and solutions focused.
