Programme Funding Manager
Salary: circa £40,000
Position: Permanent

The position:
Our international charity client is recruiting a Programme Funding Manager. This role will work closely with in-country partners and Head Office teams to develop projects responding to funding opportunities. You will lead the programme development process, ensuring that there are quality and appropriate tools and templates and develop budgets ensuring that designs and outcomes are value for money. You will also coordinate, develop and submit tender documents for submission to donors.
Requirements:
- You will have demonstrable experience of being successful in programme funding roles, ideally within an international NGO setting.
- Experience of leading design processes to develop new programmes.
- A strong track record of preparing and submitting successful proposals to institutional donors including development of tools such as Theory of Change, log frames, budgets, concept notes and full proposals
- Experience of account management of institutional donors.
