The position:
Our well-respected charity client is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. You will play an integral role in developing and implementing strategic objectives and budgets in line with the charity’s income generation strategies to maximise revenue from its supporter base. You will manage a large team to deliver these plans through a direct marketing initiative with agencies as well as internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing the annual donor recruitment plan including overseeing income and costs associated with the campaign activity, and research potential sources of new donors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to progress their career in marketing.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of direct marketing within a fundraising environment.
- Strong leadership skills and previous line management experience.
- You will have experience in managing multimedia channel campaigns across direct mail, telemarketing, direct response television, door to door and digital campaigns.
- Strong project management skills including financial and budgetary management.
