Salary: circa £35,000 pro rata

Position

Our global charity client is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant.  This role will provide executive assistance for the CEO and Director Finance & Resources, including support to the smooth functioning of the SMT and Board of Trustees.  You will also provide logistics/facilities support to the organisation as a whole; and ensure effective human resources administration.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable office management experience.
  • Experience supporting an HR function.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to stay on top of multiple, varied projects and relationships
  • Strong writing skills including excellent minute taking skills
  • Experience of managing a busy office including project management and budget management, and working effectively with senior management, CEO and Board
