The role:
Our client inspires and supports mission-driven entrepreneurs to create a better world. They are recruiting a Programme Manager to deliver the best possible experience for founders, delivery partners, investors, coaches, mentors and other programme stakeholders. This will include shaping and leading the delivery of a 16 week programme, managing all aspects of the end-to-end experience, from onboarding to programme execution, comms and events and performance tracking and reporting. You will also manage a Programme Coordinator. They offer a brilliant, dynamic and supportive working environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a programme/project manager role and from within at least one of the following: startups, incubators, accelerators, VC firms
- Proven experience in managing or supporting growth of early-stage startups or venture-backed companies
- Experience of building and running programmes and events
- Strong ability to take on challenges, and to thrive in a dynamic working environment
