Programme Technical Specialist
Salary: £40,800

The position:
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your significant experience working for an outstanding international client in the role of Programme Technical Specialist. You will work with regional-focused Programme Development Specialists to develop technically strong Education proposals. You will lead of shaping the design of new projects and represent our client’s Education work to donors. You will also support internal staff to deliver projects, providing technical support during their implementation in-country, and you will work with M&E colleagues to ensure that M&E systems are put in place when funding is awarded.
Requirements:
- You will have experience working in developing countries for international or local civil society organisations implementing or advising on Education Programmes.
- You will have experience of developing fundraising proposals for institutional donors, and ideally corporates.
- You will have experience monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of Education programmes.
- You will have a good understanding of the funding and policy environment pertaining to Education
