Project Manager
Salary: circa £55,000 pro rata
Position: 6 month FTC to start in January

The position:
Our charity client is recruiting a Project Manager to lead the creation of fundraising propositions. Based on donor and beneficiary insights, you will work collaboratively with Programmes, Fundraising, Finance, Marketing and Policy teams with the Executive Team’s support, to develop Programmes that pave the way for a new way of working and a 5-year vision to maximise our client’s reach and impact in society both in the UK and internationally.
Requirements:
- You will have extensive experience of leading detailed project management in complex organisations, and bringing processes and people together to achieve transformational products/propositions development.
- You will have an operational knowledge of financial principles, budgets and pricing structures including P&L and have proven experience of stakeholder management and creative problem solving across multi-country and multi-site projects.
- You will bring management experience of Executive Boards, front-line project managers and of co-ordinating input from other stakeholders.
- You will have outstanding communication and presentation skills and bring an understanding of charitable vision and aims, and have the ability to translate them into practical, tangible and costed programmes.
- You should be available to start in January.
