Salary: £41,800
Position: 3 year FTC

The Position:
Our leading charity client is recruiting a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead a high profile Quality, Compliance and Audit Programme. You will also manage a small team and support internal departments to analyse learning and lead ambitious initiatives to maximise the impact of our client’s important work.
Requirements:
- You will have significant experience of quality improvement within a complex and evolving organisation.
- You will have excellent experience building team performance and development.
- You will have a proven track record monitoring and evaluating plans and projects across complex organisation, including remote teams.
- You will be able to demonstrate your experience analysing complex information and presenting summaries and reports that allow actionable learning.
