The Position:
Our international health charity client is recruiting a Research Grants and Events Manager. In this role you will be responsible for supporting an international science research grant programme and managing international Conference and Academy programmes events and workshops. You will also contribute to the monitoring and science communications, prepare papers and briefing notes for meetings (including Board meetings) and other coordinating administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Experience of science research funding and / or grants administration/management.
- Extremely organised with administration experience including the production of minutes for scientific meetings/conferences and scientific summaries.
- Ideally experience of the delivery of successful scientific events (conferences or workshops).
- Educated to MSc level in a nutrition, public health or biological sciences related discipline
