Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser
Position: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

Are you keen to work for a dynamic charity? Does the sound of having the freedom and autonomy to shape a new role appeal to you? Our health client is recruiting a Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser to develop new campaigns, engage new audiences, manage engaging supporter journeys and build effective systems to ensure engaged, long-term and active supporters. In addition, you will implement and shape the strategy for individual giving and legacy fundraising to increase the retention and acquisition of supporters as well as implement tailor supporter journeys and stewardship plans for legacy and regular givers. You will also assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the charity’s individual giving programme.

Requirements:
- You will have previous experience of working within individual giving or direct marketing and a proven track record of achieving financial targets and key objectives.
- You will have previous experience in growing an organisation’s supporter base through acquisition campaigns.
- You will have previous experience of delivering appeals and/or campaigns.
- Knowledge of donor acquisition and retention strategies.
