Senior Marketing Executive

Salary:  £31,500

Position: Permanent

The position:

We are delighted to be partnering with a national charity in their search for an experienced marketing executive to deliver direct marketing activities to recruit legacy prospects that will primarily be new supporters.

In this challenging and highly rewarding role you will implement supporter acquisition campaigns across all integrated direct channels, including DRTV, digital, social, press, radio, and you will line manage the marketing executive, ensuing campaigns are delivered on time. You will also contribute to the strategic and tactical planning of the legacy marketing team’s strategy.

You’ll work with the Legacy Marketing Manager to develop and implement plans to maximise the potential future income. You’ll also manage and work with a creative media design agency to plan effective and efficient campaigns.

To be considered for this role you must possess a solid understanding of the principles and practices of relationship building and direct marketing. You will have demonstrable experience of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns and projects to deadline and within budget. You will be creative, strategic and organised, and have the ability to manage a diverse work-load with ease.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience running direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Direct Response Television, Digital and Direct Mail
  • Strong campaign/project management expertise, including target setting and analysis
  • Proven experience of managing supplier and creative agency relationships
  • Budget management, including setting, monitoring and managing expenditure and income
  • Experience managing at least on direct report along with experience of managing staff performance is desirable
