Senior Policy and Research Manager (Health)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Position: 12 month maternity cover contract
Location: London (with hybrid working)
The position:
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading health charity to recruit a Senior Policy and Research Manager. In this vital role, you will represent the organisation, developing relationships with key government and policy stakeholders. You will analyse statistical information and identify trends in data to inform policy and campaign plans, as well as managing and building on existing research. You will be a primary custodian of the charity’s knowledge base and you will work across its senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- You will have a good understanding of the UK’s health data information systems and health policy-making process.
- You will have strong research skills with knowledge of quantitative research methods.
- You will have excellent project management skills.
- You will have the ability to develop policy solutions.
- Line management experience is desirable
