Senior Trusts Officer
Salary: Up to £34,500

The position:
Our well-respected national youth charity client which provides countless opportunities for youth development in the UK is recruiting a Senior Trusts Officer. In this rewarding and meaningful career role, you will help to manage all trusts and foundations, working toward multi-year partnerships with historic and new funding bodies. You will work towards a target of over £2m per year and will provide line management to an experienced trust officer. You’ll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively within the Fundraising & Communications team.

Requirements:
- Experience of managing trusts and foundations, ideally working toward multi-year partnerships with historic and new funding bodies in the charity sector, at the five and six figure level.
- Experience developing and implementing a trust fundraising programme, including acquisition, retention and development
- Experience of impact reporting and evaluation
- Demonstrable results-orientated mind-set, driving and managing the entire trusts pipeline, with the ability to work proactively, to tight deadlines and under pressure.
