Senior Research Manager I £45,000 – £50,000 pro rata I 3-6 months FTC I London (with hybrid working)
Position: 3-6 months FTC
Salary: £45 – 50K pro rata, dependent on experience
Reports to: Chief Executive
Location: London (currently offer hybrid working 2/3 days in office)
Working with the Chief Executive the Senior Research Manager will:
- Oversee the delivery of the research grant process and manage the Research Grants Committee.
- Oversee the development and delivery of research communications and portfolio of information and support for the Raynaud’s and Scleroderma community.
- Be a source of scientific expertise for the organisation.
- Provide leadership and management to the Research team.
- Proactively identify new strategic research & funding opportunities
You will have proven experience of biomedical and/or epidemiological research, and a PhD qualification in a relevant subject. Also, a clear understanding of the research grant funding process, excellent communication skills and the ability to build successful strategic partnerships across healthcare, health-tech and/or research sectors.
