Salary: £42,600 pro rata
Position: 3-6 month FTC
Our charity client is recruiting an Interim Health Knowledge and Evidence Manager to provide research and evidence leadership across the organisation and to line manage a small team. You will analyse a range of evidence to shape strategic decisions, underpin policy positions, campaigns and external communications. You will communicate evidence to a range of stakeholders and ensure the credibility of our client. You will lead research projects and advise others on sound research methodologies.
• Qualitative & quantitative Data Analysis skills, experience using databases and analytical tools.
• Experience of evaluation methodologies to assess the impact of services and policy.
• Able to commission evaluation research and shape information for policy & comms purposes.
• Line Management experience with the ability to set clear objectives for a team. You are also likely have budget management experience.
