Lead Policy Advisor
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Position: 12 month FTC
Location: London (with hybrid working)
The Position
Our dynamic charity client is recruiting a Senior Policy Advisor. Joining our client as a senior member of the policy team, you will be responsible for managing a team of high performing policy advisors and leading robust policy strategy to enable positive change. You will lead a range of policy projects and ensure rigorous analysis of policy research and development. Our client offers highly competitive benefits and a fantastic working environment.
Requirements
- You will have previous experience working in a senior policy role.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary policy projects.
- Ideally experience of working in matrix environments including policy advisers, researchers, technical experts and campaigners
- Previous line management experience of high-performing teams
