The position:
Our dynamic and well-respected health charity client is recruiting a Policy Advisor. This role will undertake policy analysis across a range of health topics and develop opportunities for influencing policymakers across government and other health related stakeholders. You will commission research, write policy briefings, reports and consultation responses and you will contribute to long term strategic projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take initiative and to participate in work that will take our client in new directions.
Requirements:
- You will have experience working in a policy role, ideally within the voluntary sector.
- You will be comfortable reading scientific, medical and academic materials.
- Strong analysis and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and confident engaging with stakeholders in a variety of settings.
