The position:
Our social justice charity client is recruiting this exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a new project providing an enhanced support service to women who are coming out of prison and who have experienced complex trauma. The project will take a bio-psychosocial approach to the support offered and work with other pathway services sharing information to provide a cohesive pathway of psychologically informed services through which women can move and progress. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and operational management of this pan-London project, ensuring quality standards are consistently met, staff are effectively managed, partnerships are established and maintained and budgets are appropriately managed.
Requirements:
- You will have experience in the development, management and delivery of services supporting women with experiences of trauma and personality disorder.
- You will have experience of multi-agency working to support clients.
- Experience of writing complex monitoring and evaluation reports for funders and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing staff in matrix management situations.
- Good project management skills.
